I did not start "No Regret Solution" because everything was going perfectly.
I started it because I hit a wall.

After years of working in care roles — always giving to others while quietly falling apart inside — I burned out. Emotionally, physically, spiritually.

I felt unseen, unsupported, and completely lost in a system that treats people as replaceable.

“Is this really it? Is this what all the effort was for?”

"That one question came at my lowest — and it changed everything."

What began as a quiet rebellion became a lifeline.

I was not building a business.
I was building something to hold onto — a way to reclaim my voice and help others do the same.

So, I started making the guides.I wish I had.
